Midnight Lace Obsidian
Midnight lace obsidian is a variety of natural obsidian, a volcanic glass, with intricately contorted streaking that looks like lace. The pattern apparently formed as layers of the glass were stretched and rolled while the viscous lava moved slowly. It is untreated natural rock, not a mineral and not man-made.
